Our team will work closely with you to determine your needs and preferences, and then we’ll provide you with a proposal that outlines our plan for your project. We’ll also work with you to select the perfect flooring for your space, taking into account both function and style.

To start the process, fill out the form on our contact page so we can learn about your project and vision for your home.
Once we receive your contact form, we will follow up with a phone consultation to talk more in-depth about your flooring project. During our phone consultation, we will discuss timeline, style, and even go over ballpark pricing.
*If you are getting hardwood floors installed, we will schedule a time for you to come to our showroom to look at our hardwood flooring materials and pick which style and look matches your vision for your space.
During the in-home consultation, we will take any necessary measurements needed to complete your flooring upgrade. We will address any concerns you may have and finalize the overall plan for your new hardwood floors.
Once we are on the same page about all aspects of your project, we will sign the contract together.
After we have signed the contract, we will get your project start date on the calendar.
On the day of your project’s start, we will do a pre-job walkthrough to ensure we are on the same page and good to begin.
This is where we will begin enhancing your home and making your vision for your floors come to life. If you have any questions while we are working, we’ll be happy to answer them and keep you in the loop on our progress.
After we have completed your hardwood flooring project, we will do a post-job walkthrough to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product. If there is anything that needs perfecting, we will take care of it during this time.
We will also walk you through best practices for caring for your brand-new floors so you can enjoy your investment for years to come.
It’s finally time to show off your brand-new floors to friends and family. If we blew your project out of the water, we’d love for you to leave a review to let your neighbors know about your experience working with us.
Even though your flooring project is complete, we are still here to take care of you! That’s why we will continue to follow up 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months after we finish upgrading your floors.
12 months after, we will come out to your home to do a detailed inspection ourselves to make sure that you are still loving your hardwood floors.
In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on materials, we offer a 1-year warranty on your floor finish. If there is any chipping or peeling, we will come out and fix it free of charge!

Step 1. Fill Out Our Form -
To start the process, fill out the form on our contact page so we can learn about your project and vision for your home.
Step 2. Phone Consultation -
Once we receive your contact form, we will follow up with a phone consultation to talk more in-depth about your flooring project. During our phone consultation, we will discuss timeline, style, and even go over ballpark pricing.

Step 3. In-Home Consultation & Contract Signing -
During the in-home consultation, we will take any necessary measurements needed to complete your flooring upgrade. We will address any concerns you may have and finalize the overall plan for your new hardwood floors.

Step 4. Schedule Project Start -
After we have signed the contract, we will get your project start date on the calendar.

Step 6. We Get To Work -
This is where we will begin enhancing your home and making your vision for your floors come to life. If you have any questions while we are working, we’ll be happy to answer them and keep you in the loop on our progress.
Step 7. Post-Job Walkthrough -
After we have completed your hardwood flooring project, we will do a post-job walkthrough to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product. If there is anything that needs perfecting, we will take care of it during this time.

Step 8. Enjoy Your New Floors -
It’s finally time to show off your brand-new floors to friends and family. If we blew your project out of the water, we’d love for you to leave a review to let your neighbors know about your experience working with us.
Step 9. Follow-Up -
Even though your flooring project is complete, we are still here to take care of you! That’s why we will continue to follow up 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months after we finish upgrading your floors.
12 months after, we will come out to your home to do a detailed inspection ourselves to make sure that you are still loving your hardwood floors.
Step 10. Warranty -
